Moderation Queue
The moderation queue is where you review AI-generated comments before they're posted to Facebook. Think of it as your inbox for engagement opportunities.
Layout overview
The Posts page has two panels:
- Left sidebar — lists your groups with post counts. Click a group to filter posts.
- Main panel — shows post cards with their AI-generated comments and actions.
Understanding post cards
Each post card shows:
- Author and timestamp of the original Facebook post
- Post content — the text of the Facebook post (expandable if long)
- Relevance score — color-coded badge showing how relevant the post is to your brand (green = high, yellow = medium, red = low)
- Topic/intent — what the AI identified as the post's topic
- Generated comment — the AI-created reply, with its confidence score
- Action buttons — approve, reject, regenerate, or delete
Comment statuses
Filtering and sorting
Use the filter bar at the top to narrow down your view:
- Status filter — show all, pending, approved, posted, or rejected
- Group filter — click a group in the sidebar to show only its posts
- Sort — by newest, oldest, highest relevance, or lowest relevance
- Search — free-text search across post content and author names
Bulk actions
Select multiple posts using the checkboxes, then use bulk actions to process them quickly:
- Bulk approve — approve all selected comments at once
- Bulk generate — regenerate AI comments for selected posts
- Bulk delete — remove selected posts and their comments
Auto-approval
If a generated comment has a confidence score that meets or exceeds your auto-approval threshold(set in Automation Settings), it's automatically approved without needing manual review.
Auto-approved comments are marked with a badge so you can easily identify them. You can still reject or edit them before they're posted.
Tip:Start with a high auto-approval threshold (80-90) so you review most comments. Once you're confident in the AI quality, lower it to speed up your workflow.
Real-time updates
The moderation queue updates in real time. When automation is running, new posts and comments appear automatically without needing to refresh the page. If a comment is posted or its status changes, you'll see the update immediately.
Recommended workflow
- Run automation (full or scrape + process)
- Go to the Posts page
- Filter by Pending review
- Review each comment — approve good ones, reject bad ones
- Run Post Comments from the Automation page to push approved comments to Facebook
As you get comfortable, enable auto-approval and auto-posting to make the whole process hands-free.
