Overview
SocialSgnl finds people in Facebook groups who are asking for what you sell, and writes a reply in your brand's voice.

Four steps from signing up to your first reply.
The four pieces
How your business sounds. What you do, who you help, the tone to write in.
Your group libraryThe Facebook groups you have added.
Its automationPicks groups from that library and decides how to engage with them. How closely a post has to match, how often to check, and whether replies go out on their own.
LeadsThe feed of people worth replying to, with a draft reply ready for each one.
How a run works
- It collects recent posts from the groups your automation watches.
- It scores each post against your brand.
- For posts that score well enough, it writes a reply.
- The reply either goes out, or waits for you in Leads.
Step 4 is yours to choose. See Automation.
You are in control of what goes out
Nothing is published without your approval unless you turn on Post automatically.
What you need to start
- A brand, which SocialSgnl can build from your website
- A connected Facebook account, through our browser extension
- At least one group in your library
- An automation pointing at those groups
Getting started walks through all four.
A note on how scores work
Every post gets a score for how well it matches your brand. Higher is better.
Two things decide it:
- How relevant the post is to what you sell
- What the person is actually doing in the post
Someone asking the group to recommend a plumber is worth far more than someone chatting about plumbing in general. Someone advertising their own plumbing business is worth almost nothing to you, however much the words match.
Leads sorts by strength and recency together, so strong recent posts come first.
