AI request quota
Each time SocialSgnl analyzes a post and generates a comment, it counts as one AI request. Your monthly quota depends on your plan.
You can see your current usage in the Analytics dashboard under system health.
What happens when you hit the limit?
When your monthly quota is reached, SocialSgnl will stop analyzing new posts but will continue to work with already-processed data:
- Posting approved comments still works
- Scraping posts still works (no AI needed)
- New post analysis and comment generation pauses until the next billing period
When does the quota reset?
Your AI request count resets at the start of each billing period (monthly). The reset date is based on when you started your subscription.
Upgrading your plan
To upgrade, go to the Upgrade page from the sidebar. Select your desired plan and complete checkout. Your new limits take effect immediately.
You'll also see upgrade prompts when you hit a limit — for example, when trying to add a 4th group on the Free plan.
Managing your subscription
From the Upgrade page, click Manage Subscription to open the billing portal where you can:
- View invoices and payment history
- Update your payment method
- Change or cancel your subscription
Tips for managing your quota
- Raise your relevance threshold. Setting it to 60 or 70 means fewer posts get analyzed, saving AI requests for higher-quality opportunities.
- Lower max posts per group. Instead of scraping 10 posts per group, try 5 — you'll still catch the most recent content.
- Deactivate low-performing groups. Check Analytics to see which groups have low relevance. Deactivate them to focus your quota on better-fit communities.
- Schedule wisely. Running automation every 15 minutes on many groups burns through quota fast. Match your schedule to how frequently groups get new posts.
