Plans and billing

What your plan gives you, and what uses it up.

Credits

Everything the AI does for you costs credits from one balance. There is no separate allowance for comments, images or anything else.

You have two kinds:

  • Monthly credits arrive with your plan and reset when it renews. Unused ones do not carry over.
  • Bought credits come from a top-up. They never expire.

Monthly credits are always spent first, so the ones with a deadline go before the ones without.

Where to see the numbers

Your balance, what your plan includes, and the price of each top-up are all on Plans and billing. They are always current there, which is why they are not repeated here.

Replies are free, reading is not

Reading a post, working out what the poster wants, and drafting a reply all happen in one step, so a post that gets a reply costs the same as one that does not. You are never charged for a comment.

Working out what a run costs

A run reads up to your plan's posts-per-group in every group it targets, and each post read costs the same fixed amount:

posts per group x number of groups = posts read per run

That is the number to watch. On a fast schedule it repeats often, so start with a longer interval and shorten it once you know your groups.

Two things reduce it without you changing anything:

  • A post already collected is not read twice.
  • A group read recently is not read again by another brand's automation on the same account within its own interval.

Running out mid-run is not a failure

The run keeps what it processed and picks up the rest next time.

What a plan also sets

Beyond credits, your plan caps how many brands you can keep, how deep each one reads in a group, and how often it may run. Free runs only when you press Run now; paid plans add a schedule.

Facebook groups are unlimited on every plan.

Buying more credits

Top-ups are on Plans and billing. Pick a pack and pay once. The credits are added straight away, never expire, and are used only after your monthly ones run out.

Buying credits does not change your plan, your brand limit, or how often your automations may run. Upgrade for those.

Paying happens on the page

Card details are taken in a panel that opens over whatever page you are on, so you never leave the dashboard. After you pay, the button reads Confirming payment for a few seconds while your account catches up. If it takes longer than that you will be told your payment went through and the account will update shortly. Nothing is lost either way, and you do not need to pay again.

When credits run out

  • Automations stop reading posts. Nothing already collected is lost.
  • Creatives and brand analysis stop.
  • Editing what you already have still works.

Top up, upgrade, or wait for your plan to renew.

Changing plan

Upgrade from Plans and billing, or from the prompt you see when you run out.

Manage payment details, invoices, and cancellation through the billing portal, linked from the same page.

Cancelling leaves your subscription active to the end of the period you paid for. Bought credits stay yours.
