Four steps from signing up to your first reply.
Describe your brand
Paste your website address and SocialSgnl reads it, then fills in what it finds: what you do, who you help, and what makes you different.
Check it over and fix anything it got wrong. This is what every reply is written from, so it is worth a few minutes.
You can also write it yourself if you have no website.

Connect Facebook
Install the SocialSgnl browser extension and click Connect while you are logged in to Facebook.
The extension passes your session to SocialSgnl so it can read groups and reply as you. Your session is checked before it is saved, so you find out immediately if something is wrong.

Add groups
SocialSgnl can list the groups you have already joined. Pick the ones worth watching.
You can also paste group links directly.
You have to be a member of a group before SocialSgnl can read it. It sees exactly what you see.

Start your automation
Every brand comes with its automation already made. Open it and:
- Choose which groups it watches
- Set how closely a post must match before a reply is drafted
- Choose how often it runs, or leave it manual
- Decide whether replies go out on their own
Then press Run now.

What happens next
The first run takes a few minutes. It reads each group in turn, scores what it finds, and drafts replies for the posts worth answering.
When it finishes, open Leads. You will see the leads it found, strongest first, each with a draft you can edit, approve, or pass on.

Read the first batch of drafts yourself, adjust your brand tone, and turn it on once the replies sound right.
