Analytics

The analytics dashboard gives you a bird's-eye view of your engagement performance. Track what's working, identify top groups, and monitor system health.

Overview metrics

At the top of the analytics page, you'll see key numbers for your selected time range:

Posts scraped

Total number of Facebook posts collected from your groups.

Comments generated

How many AI comments were created. Compare to posts scraped to see your comment rate.

Comments posted

Comments that actually made it to Facebook. This is your true engagement output.

Average relevance score

The average relevance of posts to your brand. If this is low, your groups may not be a good fit — or your brand profile needs tuning.

Auto-approval rate

Percentage of comments that were auto-approved (met your confidence threshold). A high rate means the AI is consistently generating quality comments.

Time range

Use the time range selector to view analytics for different periods:

  • 7 days — recent activity snapshot
  • 30 days — monthly performance view
  • 90 days — quarterly trends

Charts

The analytics page includes time-series charts showing daily trends:

  • Daily posts scraped — bar chart showing scraping volume per day
  • Daily comments — line chart showing comments generated vs. posted over time

These charts help you spot patterns — for example, if certain days have more group activity than others, you can adjust your schedule accordingly.

Group performance

The group performance table ranks your groups by engagement quality:

  • Posts — total posts scraped from each group
  • Avg. relevance — average relevance score of posts in each group
  • Comment rate — what percentage of posts got comments

Tip: Groups with consistently low relevance scores may not be a good fit for your brand. Consider deactivating them and focusing on high-performing groups.

System health

The system health section shows operational status at a glance:

  • Cookie status — whether your Facebook cookies are valid and when they expire
  • Last automation run — when automation last ran successfully
  • Active groups — how many groups are currently being monitored
  • AI quota usage — how much of your monthly AI request limit you've used

If cookies are expiring within 2 days, you'll see a warning here prompting you to refresh them.
